Burton Dassett view

Burton Dassett view

July 16, 2018 KAttwood

I a really inspired to create something inspired by this beautiful view, recently enjoyed at Burton Dassett, Warwickshire.

I love the subtlety of the tones and the character of the landscape.

Will update later if anything happens…

Latest news from @kattwood21 on Instagram

A lovely day train trip to Macclesfield with my Nottingham stitching pal @marrowsjane to meet my Derbyshire stitching pal @purlbag to see Jan’s work in an exhibition at the Silk Mill. Wild flowers, cabbages, topiary, ancient sweet chestnut trees and an impressive sculpture trail being laid out at Doddington Hall today. I was delighted to sell ‘Alliums in Ystad’ at the recent Living Threads exhibition at Nottingham Society of Artists and similarly ‘Wild Flowers’ at Canalside.
